About Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd.
A dedicated copper-nickel forged fittings manufacturer, engineering corrosion-resistant piping components since 2010.
Founded in 2010, Focused on One Alloy Family
Sunflex Metalloy Pvt. Ltd. was founded in 2010 with a single, deliberate focus: copper-nickel forged fittings. Rather than manufacturing a broad range of alloys and diluting our metallurgical expertise, we chose to specialize exclusively in CuNi 90/10 (UNS C70600) and 70/30 (UNS C71500) — the two grades that dominate seawater and corrosion-critical piping worldwide.
That specialization has shaped every part of our operation, from forging die design to heat-treatment cycles tuned specifically for copper-nickel's grain structure. Over 15+ years, this focus has let us build a fitting range spanning socket weld, threaded, branch outlet and specialty configurations — all manufactured, tested and certified in-house.
Today, our fittings are specified into marine, offshore, power generation, desalination and chemical processing piping systems, supplied to fabricators, EPC contractors and stockists across domestic and export markets.
Precision Fittings, Predictable Performance
To manufacture copper-nickel forged fittings that piping engineers can specify with confidence — consistent metallurgy, accurate dimensions and complete documentation, on every order, at every size.
The Trusted Name in CuNi Fittings
To be recognized internationally as a specialist copper-nickel fittings source — the manufacturer fabricators turn to first for marine and offshore corrosion-resistant piping components.
Manufacturing Capabilities
In-house forging, machining and finishing lets us hold tight dimensional control across our full CuNi fitting range.
Hot & Closed-Die Forging
Controlled forging temperatures for CuNi 90/10 & 70/30 billet, sized for elbows, tees, couplings and outlet fittings up to large bore.
CNC Machining & Threading
Precision bore, socket and NPT/BSPT/BSPP thread machining held to ASME B16.11 and MSS SP dimensional tolerances.
In-House Testing Lab
Chemical composition, tensile testing, hydrostatic testing and dye-penetrant inspection performed before dispatch.
Quality Commitment & Team Expertise
Our production, quality and engineering teams work exclusively with copper-nickel alloys, giving us a depth of process knowledge — grain behavior, weld-overlay handling, dezincification-equivalent concerns for CuNi — that generalist fittings manufacturers rarely develop.
Every production lot passes through our quality department for dimensional verification, material certification and final visual inspection before it is released for dispatch, backed by our documented Quality Policy.
